London Production of Sweet Charity
A terrific production of Sweet Charity
opened in late 2009 at the Menier
Chocolate Factory in Southwark where it played until March
7th 2010.
It exceeded the high expectations raised by the reviews. See
my own review.
The production transferred to the Haymarket theatre, running
until November 2010.

used one of the Dorothy Fields phrases that has passed into the

"Junior Miss" rediscovered
 Great
news from the Paley Center for Media (formerly the Museum of Television
and Radio) in New York.
After years on the trail, Manager of Research Services Jane Klain
has tracked down a copy of the lost TV musical Junior
Miss with a score by Dorothy Fields and Burton Lane. She
is making it available for view at the Paley Center, and holding
a special screening on September 21 2008. Details
